US STAINLESS Stainless Steel (316) Anchor Shackle 1" (25mm) Oversized Bolt Pin Forged US Type Marine Grade D Shackle

This is for one (1) quality marine grade stainless steel (AISI 316) Oversized Bolt Pin Forged US Type D Shackle. Each shackle is laser etched 316 for the grade and 1" for the size. The shackles are marked in the imperial specification style of 1". These D shackles are forged and made in the US Type style of an oversized bolt pin. The diameter dictates the size of this US type D shackle, so in the US Type style this is a 1 1/8" bolt pin (the body is 1"). So this anchor shackle has an oversized bolt pin. This a forged shackle, which for load bearing applications is better than a cast shackle. Not to be used for overhead lifting. AISI 316 stainless is a premium grade of stainless and is considered by many to be best in class. 316 stainless is corrosion resistant and very durable even in the harshest of conditions.
