US STAINLESS 316 Stainless Wire Rope Thimble Captive Tubular 5mm (3/16")

This is for one (1) quality marine grade stainless steel (AISI 316) Wire rope captive tubular thimble. Each thimble is made to hold the wire or fibrous rope (captive) while preventing chaffing. This function makes this thimble ideal for in-water boat towing applications. Each thimble is stamped 316 and marked in the imperial style of 3/16". The metric equivalent is generally considered to be 5mm. AISI 316 stainless is a premium grade of stainless and is considered by many to be best in class. 316 stainless is corrosion resistant and very durable even in the harshest of conditions.
